Individual therapy is a one-on-one process where I support clients to address personal challenges and enhance overall well-being. Unlike group therapy or couples therapy, individual psychotherapy focuses solely on the individual's experiences, thoughts, and emotions. This can be beneficial for processing trauma and exploring sensitive sexual issues. I will also specify that while I specialize in sex therapy, I often work with clients around more general issues such as anxiety, life transitions, work, self-esteem, and more. I very much value my work with all clients, regardless of their reasons for seeking therapy.
