Couples therapy is designed to help partners address and resolve issues in their relationship, fostering healthier communication and deeper connection. I provide a structured, supportive environment where couples can improve their communication, repair relationship after infidelity, work through discrepancy in desire, and more.

In couples therapy, I support my clients to gain insight into their relationship patterns, including recurring issues, communication styles, and emotional responses. By exploring early attachment relationships and current relationship functioning, couples can identify underlying patterns that impact their interactions and connect to a greater sense of empowerment around their relational functioning. This process can involve identifying and examining core beliefs that may be disrupting couples in maintaining satisfying and healthy relationships, as well as learning and implementing practical tools to increase intimacy and safety through positive communication, boundary setting, and self-regulation.

I enjoy working with couples and find it gratifying to see the positive change that couples can enact in their relationship through employing new communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and coping skills.
